Housing the North Conference offices, United Methodist Computer Institute, and future buildings.
Describe the need affecting community
The North Conference is the newest conference in the UMCN and the lack of most of the infrastructure from the other two conferences. A secretariat compound will add much need to the office/meeting space, future Guest House, GS Residence, and water factory.
How will this Advance project help to address the need?
Provide desperately needed office/meeting space, guest house for hosting teams and teachers for Jr Secondary school, and revenue source from UMCI and water factory.

Base of operations and headquarters for the North Conference.
Describe the change you would like to see in the community as a result of this Advance project
Increased productivity of North Conference, a real presence in the community. Two revenue producing projects.
