Educating HIV/AIDS orphans, providing micro-credit for women, farming, clinics, installing wells.
Describe the need affecting community
How will this Advance project help to address the need?
Provide educational opportunities for orphan children. Health services for women and children including a safe birthing place; education for women through micro- credit to enable them to start mini-businesses and earn funds to support their family. Continue sustainable farming training and proper food handling as well as sanitation education.
Describe the primary goal of the project
Provide tuition and all necessities for 100 HIV/AIDS and war orphaned children. Some students will be able to attend college after graduation from high school. Students that have aged out of high school can attend vocational school and learn a trade. Educated students will be able to support themselves and assist their family with support.
Describe the change you would like to see in the community as a result of this Advance project
Increasing education of the population. Improved health and financial status.
