To improve the livelihood of our Local Pastors and District Superintendents and their families as a major DETERMINANT factor of their commitment to the call and work of the Church in Rural Liberia.
Describe the primary goal of the project
To achieve this Mission, the project shall do the following: 1. Solicit salary support for our local pastors and district superintendents. 2. Provide/arrange salary support for our pastors and District Superintendents. 3. Disburse solicited and remitted salary support funds to local pastors and district superintendents equitably through the District Superintendents. 4. Follow up to monitor and evaluate the implementation of this project. 5. Request reports for the implementation/disbursement of the project fund from the District Superintendents. 6. Report periodically to the donors and the General Board of Global Ministries.

1. Each year, an additional 20 percent of churches in IGRC will participate in the advance project. 2. Each year at least five to 10 self-sustainable agriculture projects will begin in each district of the Liberia Annual Conference. 3. Other means of becoming self-sustainable will be discussed, such as the selling of marketable products: carvings, food, clothing, and jewelry.
