1. Disability Care Services: • Nursing care. • Activities of daily living. • Occupational therapy. • Physiotherapy. • Outpatient disability evaluation clinic. 2. Community Involvement: • Inviting community representatives to the Homes and introducing our services and needs. • Schools visitations to the Homes. • Encouraging the community organizations support to the Homes. • Organizing social activities in the FHOM during specific days and occasions. 3. Capacity Building: • Training and team building activities. • Continuous education. • Team recreation activities. 4. Networking: • Developing and maintaining relations with national and international donors and friends of the Homes. • Supporting the MOSA in developing National Quality Standards for disability care provision. • Supporting the MOSA in developing National Accreditation Criteria for organizations working in the field of disability. • Supporting the Jerusalem planning group for Jerusalem organizations working in the field of disability and community rehabilitation. • Coordinating efforts with Bethlehem, Jerusalem, and Modern universities to train students in the FHOM.

1. Through the services provided by the FHOM – nursing, rehabilitation, activities of daily living, and residency services and facilities – we will be aiming to transform the lives of our residents and their families by giving the residents the best possible care, and supporting their families by holding part of their burdens, enabling them to have life with quality. 2. For the FHOM as a Christian organisation working in the field of disability, such projects will strengthen its services resulting in strengthening its relations with surrounding communities and societies, enabling its teams to bring about positive changes in those communities. 3. Supporting the families of the FHOM residents through the provided services will take part of the socio-economic burden off their shoulders positively affecting poverty and injustice.

To serve people with special needs, created by severe physical and/or neurological disorders, by providing them with appropriate rehabilitation services including physical, occupational and recreational therapy and a loving home.

To transform the lives of our residents and their families by giving the residents the best possible care, and supporting their families by holding part of their burdens, enabling them to have life with quality. 2. To enable the FHOM teams to bring about positive changes in targeted communities. 3. To take part of the socio-economic burden of the shoulders of our residents’ family positively affecting poverty and injustice.
